We offer ethical, sustainable and inclusive leadership training through monthly evening encounters and weekend intensive training courses with leadership experts in all areas of society.

How the Florence Leadership Academy works
At the Florence Leadership Academy, high school and university students step into a movement we call a “renaissance of leadership.” Members learn directly from outstanding leaders in diverse sectors—gaining wisdom from real-life experiences.
Through monthly encounters and weekend intensives students receive ethical, sustainable, and inclusive leadership development. Along the way, they connect with peers from around the world, building a global network of young changemakers.
Our mission is simple: to train, inspire, and launch the next generation of leaders—unlocking their unlimited potential to create a lasting positive impact on society.
1. Keynote Speaker
Hear firsthand from an outstanding leader (or group of leaders) who will share their journey, lessons learned, and insider tips for making an impact.
2. Workshop
Dive into one of FLA’s Pillars of Leadership through an interactive, hands-on workshop where you’ll put ideas into practice and grow real skills.
3. Networking
End the night with great food, music, and conversations—meeting fellow changemakers, the evening’s speaker, past guests, and leaders from across Florence’s vibrant community.

The Florence Leadership Academy hosts five flagship events each year, designed to help you grow as a leader, expand your network, and gain insights from outstanding figures across different fields.
By participating in the full series, you will earn the official FLA Certificate, a valuable addition to your resume that highlights the skills and competencies you’ve developed.
Even if you can’t attend every event, each evening offers a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and be part of a global community of young changemakers in Florence.
